Ed Epstein

Ed has dedicated his entire professional career to the regional technology sector, gaining extensive experience in application development, project management, technology product and service sales, and branch and regional management.

Before joining Be Group, Ed served as Senior Vice President at NTT Data (formerly MISI Company) for 14 years, where he managed IT staffing teams in Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles.

Ed's career began after graduating from Temple University with a dual major in Accounting and Computer Science. He started in application development at FINPAC and spent nearly a decade there before transitioning to sales and branch management. Over seven years, Ed sold and managed the New Jersey region for the legacy Integrated Systems Consulting Group (ISCG, later FCG, and now CSC). He further honed his sales and management skills at Omicron, PSCI, Akcelerant, and Destiny.

Boards and Volunteering

Ed is committed to giving back to his community through various volunteer roles. He serves on the Sponsorship Committee for the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS), an organization that provides peer support, thought leadership, and connections for strategic leaders focused on people issues in the Greater Philadelphia area.

He is also involved with The Neurodiversity Employment Network (NEN), which works to help neurodivergent individuals gain meaningful employment. Additionally, Ed is a member of Life Sciences PA (LSPA), where he contributes to Pennsylvania's leadership in the life sciences sector by connecting people and resources and advocating for public policy.

Ed has also supported Summer Search, an organization that empowers students from low-income backgrounds to develop the skills necessary to become college-educated leaders who give back to their communities. For four years, he served as the Auction co-Chair for Summer Search’s Golf Outing.
